To resolve this, Ukraine has launched the 'e-Archive' project, as reported by InBase. This initiative digitizes the National Archival Fund, enabling automated accounting and secure electronic storage. By eliminating the need for paper duplicates, the system streamlines administrative workflows and accelerates digital transformation nationwide.
From an environmental perspective, transitioning to digital archives represents a major victory for sustainability.
