The c-eco.org.ua website belongs to the C-ECO Consulting project. The website owner and data controller is Sole Proprietor V.O. Nechyporenko, Kyiv, 31 Kikvidze Street, office 95. For any questions about your data, write to info@c-eco.org.ua — we reply within 30 days.

what data

What we collect

1Contact formsname, email, phone, company, subject and message text, plus the page the enquiry was sent from. Only what you enter yourself, after ticking the consent box.
2Technical logsstandard hosting web server logs: IP address, browser type, request time. Used for security and troubleshooting.
3Anonymous statisticsan article view counter with no personal identification: no cookies, no profiling, no advertising.

Where the data lives: Google services

Contact form data is processed via Google Apps Script: your enquiry arrives in our Gmail inbox and is recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. The anonymous view counter likewise sends its numbers to Google Sheets — with no personal data involved.

The infrastructure of these services is provided by Google LLC (USA), which processes data under the Google Privacy Policy. Data transfers outside Ukraine go to protected Google environments under its standard contractual mechanisms. The website uses no other third-party services, trackers or ad networks.

Purpose and retention

Purpose. To reply to your enquiry, prepare an eco-impact calculation or proposal and continue business communication. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form); for technical logs — a legitimate interest in website security.

Retention. We keep enquiries for up to 3 years after the communication ends, then delete them from the mailbox and spreadsheets. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period defined by the provider. Anonymous statistics have no retention limit — they contain no personal data.

Cookies and trackers

The website uses no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies and loads no external scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is simply nothing to warn you about.
