Technologies you can trust your documents to

An open platform, a legally valid signature and security by default. Here is what is under the hood of our solutions — and why it can be trusted.

one foundation

UnityBase — the shared platform of both levers

Both the InBase document workflow products and the AZIOT IoT platform are built on UnityBase — an open enterprise platform with access control, an audit log and a REST API at the core level.

Open source means no vendor lock-in: you are not tied to a supplier, and the solution can be audited and extended. For the public sector this is not a bonus — it is a requirement.

lever 1 · documents

The e-workflow stack

Approval routes, versioning, full-text search, an electronic archive with integrity control — and a qualified e-signature at every step where legal validity is required.

Signature

Qualified e-signature

A qualified electronic signature under the legislation on electronic documents and electronic trust services. An e-document with a qualified signature is legally equal to paper — by law, not by promise.

Removes the main objection: "will the document be valid"
Archive

Long-term storage

An electronic archive with integrity control: a document cannot be silently altered, and finding it takes seconds instead of a trip to the archive room.

Every document: a verifiable history instead of folders and shelves
AI in-house

AI Recognition + AI Center

Recognition, classification and summarisation of documents run within the organisation's perimeter — data is not passed to third-party services.

AI without compromise: the data stays yours
lever 2 · the physical world

The AZIOT architecture: five levels

A vendor-independent IoT platform: a single source of truth about the state of every infrastructure object — from a waste container to a production line.

01 · Equipment — sensors record the readings: fill level, temperature, consumption, location.

02 · Edge gateway — normalises field protocol signals into a single stream.

03 · Data — the platform stores the history and the model of every object.

04 · Rules — event logic detects deviations and triggers scenarios automatically.

05 · Operator — a human receives alerts and manages the process instead of collecting data manually.

It works with what you have. AZIOT connects existing equipment via open protocols — MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA, BACnet, KNX, M-Bus and others. Nothing needs to be thrown away and bought anew.

And that is ecology too: machinery that was not replaced prematurely is a device that never had to be manufactured — and e-waste that was never created. Modernisation without equipment replacement is the greenest digitalisation scenario.

security

Security by default

Encryption

Data is protected both in transit and at rest.

Role-based access

Everyone sees only what their role allows — from operator to auditor.

Audit log

A complete history of actions — better than any paper registration book.

Backup & recovery

Backups and restoration — a digital archive does not burn or drown.

We build security practices with ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR in mind: data protection is part of the architecture, not a separate project.

deployment

Cloud, on-premises or hybrid

You choose where your data lives: in the cloud, on your own servers or in a hybrid configuration. For government institutions and critical infrastructure, on-premises is the standard scenario.

Honest about the digital footprint: servers consume energy too. Under our methodology, the storage footprint of an electronic document is 3–4 orders of magnitude smaller than printing its paper copy — and we show this in every audit.

We will show you the system from the inside

A demo of the e-workflow or IoT monitoring on your scenarios — and an eco-impact calculation before the project starts.
