An engineer by training, in 1994 Yuriy Syvytsky earned an MBA from the International Institute of Management. He has been in business since 1991 and is a co-founder of Softline-IT and of the international consortium Intecracy Group, which comprises six IT companies in Ukraine, two in the USA and three in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
