To address these inefficiencies, Ukraine implemented the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (ESITS). This electronic court platform automates case assignments, mandates digital document exchange for key entities, and officially permits the submission of certified electronic evidence, drastically accelerating legal proceedings.
From an environmental perspective, this digital transition is highly significant. By replacing physical files with electronic workflows and reducing the need for travel to court hearings, the system drastically lowers paper consumption and minimizes transport-related carbon emissions, supporting sustainable corporate operations.
