These disconnected systems create significant risks of administrative delays, high bureaucracy, and operational opacity. Furthermore, relying on insecure legacy platforms exposes regional administrations to severe cybersecurity threats, especially when failing to transition away from hostile foreign software.
To address these vulnerabilities, InBase successfully implemented the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system across the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, Regional Council, and over 60 territorial communities. This unified digital solution optimizes internal processes, enhances transparency, and ensures secure integration with national networks.
From an environmental standpoint, this transition to digital workflows is a crucial step toward resource conservation. By eliminating the reliance on physical files, such initiatives drastically reduce paper consumption, minimize waste, and lower the carbon footprint associated with transporting and storing physical documents.
